Children's Town is the child-focused part of Helsinki City Museum inside Sederholm House. Children can explore Helsinki history through play and hands-on discovery, with spaces such as an old-style shop, a 1970s grandmother's home, a classroom, role-play clothes, and puppets.

- Practical notes
- Children's Town is popular and the rooms can feel tight at busy times. Strollers are left under the canopy in the inner courtyard, because the Children's Town rooms do not have space for them. Downstairs there is a snack area and a microwave for heating food.
- Opening-hours notes
- The official page lists opening hours as Mon–Fri 11:00–19:00 and Sat–Sun 11:00–17:00. Check exceptional opening hours before going, especially around holidays and school breaks.
- Booking notes
- Booking is not needed for a normal museum visit. Guided visits, groups, and birthday packages are checked separately on the official site.
- Price notes
- Always free entry.
- Age notes
- Best for toddlers and preschool children. Early primary-school children may still enjoy the role play and old-time settings for a while, but the strongest fit is clearly younger children.
- Seasonal notes
- Works year-round.
- Weather notes
- A good rainy-day and cold-day option because the play and museum visit are indoors.
