Fallkulla Domestic Animal Farm is a farm-like City of Helsinki youth services site on Malminkaari. Families can see traditional domestic animals such as sheep, goats, cattle, chickens, rabbits, and horses. Many animals are traditional indigenous Finnish breeds, such as Åland sheep, Finnish Landrace goats, and Eastern and Northern Finncattle. Some Fallkulla activities are for young people aged 9-17, courses, and camps, so a normal family visit should be kept separate from guided youth activities.

- Accessibility
- According to Suomi.fi service-point accessibility information, the route to the main entrance is smooth, sufficiently wide, and lit, but there is a steep slope on the way. The main entrance has thresholds over 2 cm and the door may be heavy to open. Farm surroundings and outdoor areas may still vary for prams or mobility aids.

- Practical notes
- On an independent visit, animals are viewed from outside the enclosures. Only young people participating in activities may enter the animal pens or outdoor enclosures, visitors must not feed the animals, and everyone should stay calm near the animals. Dogs are welcome on a lead in the outdoor area, but they should not be brought right next to the animal enclosures. Dogs are not allowed inside the barn or indoor spaces, except in the cafe.
- Opening-hours notes
- During normal visitor hours, Fallkulla is closed Mon, Tue, and Sat, open to visitors Wed-Fri 10:00-14:00 and Sun 10:00-14:00. In summer 1.6.-2.8.2026, the animals are outdoors on weekdays 10:00-17:00 and weekends 10:00-14:00; the barn and indoor spaces are closed to visitors on weekdays because of camp activities and open Sat-Sun 10:00-14:00.
- Booking notes
- A normal independent visit does not require booking during public visitor hours. Participation in youth activities requires a free Youth Services membership card, and groups, courses, and camps are booked or registered separately.
- Price notes
- Animal viewing and many open activities are free. Camps and separate programmes may be paid.
- Age notes
- A normal animal-viewing visit can suit many child ages; some guided activities are limited, for example, to ages 9-17.
- Seasonal notes
- During the summer season 1.6.-2.8.2026, outdoor toilets are available for visitors. According to the official information, Cafe Kilikuppila is open in summer Mon-Sun 10:00-15:00, but closed on 1.6., 1.7., and during Midsummer 19.-21.6.2026.
- Weather notes
- The farm visit is partly outdoors, so rain, cold, and muddy conditions affect the visit.
