- Entrance is through door C1 at Tapanila Sports Centre. First-timers should wear indoor sports clothes, bring thin socks and a water bottle, and read the hall rules before visiting.

- Normal opening is Monday-Friday 9:00-22:00 and Saturday-Sunday 10:00-20:00. Check exceptions before going.

- A normal auto-belay climbing trial does not need a time booking. The devices cannot be reserved in advance, but before going you can check the reservation calendar to see whether some halls are in group or course use.

- The auto-belay climbing trial costs EUR 16 for children under 18 and EUR 22 for adults. The price includes entry, harness, shoes, and an initial staff introduction.
