Matinkylä swimming pool is Espoo's newest swimming pool and easy to combine with a metro trip or errands at Iso Omena. For families, the most useful features are the 31-degree wading pool, the 14 x 10 m teaching pool, and the warm multi-purpose and rehabilitation pool. Older children who can swim can use the 50 m pool when pool availability and supervision fit your family.

- Practical notes
- The teaching pool and therapy pool may be reserved, so check pool-specific availability before going. Swimming time ends 40 minutes after the cash desk closes, and the hall closes one hour after the cash desk closes.
- Opening-hours notes
- Entry hours are Mon 6.00-20.00, Tue 10.00-20.00, Wed 6.00-20.00, Thu 7.00-20.00, Fri 7.00-20.00, and Sat-Sun 8.00-20.00. Check Espoo's page for same-day exceptions before going.
- Booking notes
- A normal swimming pool visit does not require booking. Guided groups, courses, and pool reservations are separate.
- Price notes
- Espoo's swimming pool price list gives a normal single swim as EUR 6.70 and the discounted price as EUR 4.10. Children under 7 enter free when accompanied by a paying adult.
- Age notes
- Suitable for many ages with adult supervision. Espoo's swimming pool rules require anyone who cannot swim or is under 10 to be accompanied by a person who is at least 18 and able to swim.
- Seasonal notes
- The indoor swimming pool operates year-round, but opening hours and maintenance closures can change.
