Mosaiikki Library is inside Urban Culture Centre Mosaiikki in Kivistö, on the second floor of Shopping Centre Kivis. The same building brings together the city library, youth centre, multipurpose spaces, and arts and culture activity. For families, Mosaiikki works as an easy free indoor stop: at the library you can read, borrow books, films and games, play, use Wi-Fi and customer computers, get digital support, visit exhibitions, or catch an event for children or adults.

There are no steps at the entrance, the entrance is clear, the glass doors have contrast markings, and customer service is on the entrance floor. However, the entrance threshold is over 2 cm, and the accessibility details list shortcomings for wheelchair users, rollator users, hearing-aid users, visitors with reduced mobility, and visually impaired visitors.
