- The lower entrance can be reached through the car park on the Kuonomäentie side and has an automatic door. A lift with an 80 cm doorway leads to the library. A gentle ramp leads to the upper entrance, but its door is heavy and has no doorbell. There is a toilet marked as accessible.

- The Viisikko group room has a microwave for visitors. The room may be used freely when it is not reserved.
- Opening-hours notes
- Opening hours for 17.8.2026–30.5.2027 are Mon–Thu 9–20, Fri 9–18 and Sat 10–16. The library is closed on Sundays. Check exceptional opening hours before visiting.
