Olari health nature trail runs through Kokinmetsä in Espoo Central Park. The roughly 2.5 km route has eight checkpoints, each with three exercises that invite walkers to observe nature and pause with its wellbeing effects. The route can be followed in either direction, and the checkpoints do not need to be visited in order. Because the trail crosses outdoor routes in several places, families can also choose a shorter section. The terrain is partly challenging, with roots, duckboards, steps and elevation changes.
