Sinebrychoff Art Museum is on Bulevardi between Hietalahdentori and Sinebrychoff Park. The building was once the Sinebrychoff family home, and Paul and Fanny's house museum lets visitors travel back more than 100 years. For families, the visit works best as a small exploration: the fossil in the entrance hall, shimmering gold in the house museum, special objects, old paintings, collection rooms facing the park, and changing exhibitions give children clear details to look for.

- Accessibility
- The main entrance is on Bulevardi. The accessible entrance is at the side of the building by Sinebrychoff Park, opposite the Southpark restaurant; there is a doorbell and staff guide visitors into the museum. All exhibition floors can be reached by lift. The accessible, gender-neutral toilet is on the ground floor. A wheelchair, walking frame, or pram can be borrowed at the ticket office or accessible entrance, and the ticket office also lends earplugs, children's ear defenders, clipboards, magnifying glasses, flashlights, and folding chairs.

- Practical notes
- Choose a suitably small slice for one visit, because there is enough to see for several trips. Outdoor clothing, rain gear, and large bags are left in storage; code-lock lockers are near the accessible entrance, with more lockers and an unattended cloakroom in the basement. The lift is the easiest way to move between floors, and staff are happy to help.
- Opening-hours notes
- Official opening hours are Tue 11:00-18:00, Wed 10:00-20:00, Thu 11:00-18:00, Fri 11:00-18:00, Sat 10:00-17:00, Sun 10:00-17:00, and Mon closed. In July and August the museum is also open on Mondays at 11:00-17:00. Ticket sales end half an hour before closing. 2026 exceptions include 18.6.2026 at 10:00-17:00, Midsummer closure 19.-20.6.2026, 21.6.2026 at 10:00-17:00, 23.9.2026 at 10:00-15:00, Independence Day closure 6.12.2026, Christmas closure 24.-25.12.2026, plus 23.12.2026, 26.12.2026, and 31.12.2026 at 10:00-17:00.
- Booking notes
- Booking is usually not needed for a normal museum visit. Tickets can be bought at the museum or online, and a free under-18 ticket can also be reserved through the webshop. Children's guided tours, birthdays, groups, and guided tours for special groups are booked separately following the museum's instructions.
- Price notes
- Under-18s enter free of charge. Standard admission at the ticket office is EUR 21, online standard admission EUR 19, and discounted admission EUR 13. Museum Card holders enter free of charge. The house museum and collection exhibition on the second floor are free for everyone.
- Age notes
- Suitable for families of all ages, but strongest for children around 5-12 who can look at art, objects, and rooms with an adult. With smaller children, keep the round short because artworks and objects must not be touched, running is not allowed, and some spaces are quite small with prams or pushchairs.
- Seasonal notes
- The museum operates year-round. The house museum and collection exhibition are permanent, but changing exhibitions rotate: Night ends on 23.8.2026 and the Anna Sinebrychoff exhibition continues until 29.8.2027.
- Weather notes
- A good indoor option for rainy, cold, and windy days.
