- The accessible entrance is on Ateneuminkuja. All floors can be reached by lift and with a pram; prams can also be parked beside the entrance lift on Ateneuminkuja.

- The tours start in the light court beside the museum shop.
- Schedule notes
- Choose one tour. Finnish-language tours run every Saturday from 10 October to 28 November 2026 at 12:00 and 13:00. Swedish-language tours run on 17 October and 21 November 2026 at 11:00. Each tour lasts approximately 45 minutes.
- Booking notes
- Register at the information desk in the ticket hall on the day, before the tour. Places are allocated first come, first served, with 20 participants per tour. Museum admission does not guarantee a tour place.
- Price notes
- The tour is included in museum admission. Under-18s enter free. Adult standard admission is €23 at the museum or €21 online; reduced admission is €13. Entry is free with a Finnish Museum Card.
- Age notes
- Children attend with an adult. Each adult may accompany up to three children.
