- The main entrance has two steps. A step-free entrance is in the passage between Yrjönkatu and Tuppens torg, with a large lift to the second floor. Some indoor thresholds are 2 cm. LillaLuckan has pushchair space, a toilet and a changing table.

- LillaLuckan's doors stay locked even during activities. Use the entrance doorbell. If you need help in the evening or at weekends, arrange entry assistance with the organiser beforehand.
