Christmas at the Finnish National Opera and Ballet brings families carols from around the world, dance and festive stage numbers. The evening visits Santa’s grotto, swings to jazz and includes roller skating. The Finnish National Opera Orchestra, Chorus and Children’s Chorus perform with soloists, and Santa makes an appearance too.

- The accessible entrance is on the Töölönlahti bay side. Main Stage wheelchair spaces are in boxes on the first and second balconies, reachable by lift; the Stalls and third balcony require stairs. Accessible toilets are available in the Opera House foyers.

- The show is on the Opera House Main Stage and lasts 1 hour 20 minutes with no interval. Arrive at least 15 minutes before it begins: latecomers are admitted only at an interval, which this performance does not have.

- A ticket is required. Choose seats through the Opera and Ballet ticket sales before going.
- Price notes
- The production price range is EUR 39–79. At the source check, tickets for both performances started from EUR 49; price depends on the seat, performance date and demand. Ages 20 and under receive a 40–50% discount on selected seats.
- Age notes
- The Main Stage minimum age is 5. Every visitor needs their own ticket, and children under 5 are not admitted to Main Stage performances.
