- Raatikko says wheelchair movement is possible in the theatre space and the audience foyer has an accessible toilet. An assistant or interpreter for a disabled visitor enters free of charge, guide dogs are welcome, and the script can be made available in advance if needed.

- The performance lasts about 30 minutes. The theatre's main entrance is on the Tikkurilantie side, with access also through the Silkkitehdas courtyard. For Raatikko evening and weekend performances, outside doors open one hour before the show, and the lobby self-service kiosk only accepts MobilePay.
