In the Espoo Day Kite Workshop, children and adults make their own kite from recycled materials. The workshop introduces Afghanistan's long kite-flying tradition and how kites have symbolised hope and peace. It is side programming for the Roots and Reflections - the Living Tradition of the Hazara People exhibition and is organised with the Finnish Hazara Cultural Association.
