Fugucon brings young people interested in cosplay culture together for a day at Jakomäki Youth Centre. Designed by young people themselves, the event includes performances, a cosplay competition, an art alley and sales tables, as well as time to meet friends and other enthusiasts.

- The route to the main entrance is smooth, sufficiently wide and illuminated. There is room to manoeuvre a wheelchair outside the entrance, but the heavy door is opened using a buzzer. The youth centre is on the entrance floor and has an accessible toilet. The event's room layout, queueing, crowding and accessibility of the cosplay competition have not been described.
