- Glims is a historic museum site. The area has two accessible parking spaces and an accessible-marked toilet, but routes are uneven, the entrance has steps and thresholds, and some buildings are not step-free. Check the route in advance if accessibility or stroller movement is important.

- The workshop is part of the museum visit. Drop in during the workshop time and expect children to craft in the museum setting together with an adult.
- Schedule notes
- Workshops run on Thursdays with changing themes. The early-July check keeps workshop times on 9.7., 16.7. and 23.7. at 11:00-13:00, and on 30.7. and 6.8. at 11:00-13:00 and 14:00-16:00. Glims also has separate demonstrations on some of the same days; those are not part of this workshop series.

- Participation with museum admission. Adult ticket 6 euros, reduced ticket 3 euros, and free admission for under-18s. Free admission for everyone on Wednesdays. Kaikukortti and the Finnish Museum Card are accepted.
