The opening ceremony of Håkansböle Manor Museum brings a fanfare, speeches and a 1700s atmosphere to the manor park. Families can meet historical reenactors from Uudenmaan karoliinit and Napuen mamsellit, watch baroque dance and a concert, and join crown and mask crafts in the Pyykkitupa play area. Children can also meet Children's Cultural Centre Pyykkitupa's Chiro mascot and take part in royal hobby-horse riding.

- Accessibility
- The manor museum venue information mentions three accessible parking spaces, a drop-off point, a signposted and lit route, and an accessible entrance with a lift and wheelchair platform lift. The same information says the main entrance has stairs, thresholds over 2 cm and a narrow vestibule. There is an accessible toilet on the first floor. Outdoors, weather and manor-park surfaces may affect movement, and the exact accessibility of all event areas was not confirmed.

- Practical notes
- The event takes place in Håkansböle Manor Park around Children's Cultural Centre Pyykkitupa and the play area. The daily opening-week programme also includes museum tours, with bookings through the manor museum booking calendar or the event information point. Croquet and mölkky can be borrowed freely, the barns and Lillaböle playhouse are open, and families can have a picnic in the area. Programme changes are possible.
- Schedule notes
- The opening ceremony starts at 17:00. The Pyykkitupa area has royal hobby-horse riding at 18:00 and 19:00. The manor-park stage has baroque dance and dance teaching at 18:15-19:00, followed by a Susanne Kujala concert at 19:15-19:45.
- Booking notes
- No advance registration was mentioned for the opening celebration. Museum tours are booked separately through the manor museum booking calendar or on site at the information point.
- Price notes
- Vantaa Event Calendar marks the event as free of charge.
- Age notes
- The event is part of the public opening week of the manor museum, but it has clear family-friendly parts: the Chiro mascot, crafts, the play area, hobby-horse riding and borrowable yard games. It is likely best for preschool and primary-school children with their own adult.
