Helsinki Pride Park Celebration closes Pride week in Kaivopuisto. For families, the clearest part is the City of Helsinki children's area, where children can try circus skills, visit the library bus, take a photo at a cut-out board, get face painting and join rotating workshops from 13:00-19:00. Young people have their own substance-free area, and the wider park has stage programme, dancing, community partner stands, food and Pride atmosphere.

- Accessibility
- The main entrance is on Neitsytpolku. The organiser says the area has audio beacons, first aid, many portable toilets, hand-washing and water points, and a stroller parking area at the children's area; a nearby portable toilet has a changing table. Kaivopuisto is still a large, hilly and crowded outdoor park, so with strollers or mobility aids, plan for grass, crowds, closed streets and weather.

- Practical notes
- The park celebration is a large outdoor event in Kaivopuisto from 13:00-21:00. The children's area is open from 13:00-19:00, and children may not be left there alone. Picnic blankets, food and drinks are allowed, but private tents, generators, disposable grills and open fire are not allowed. The organiser says about 50 000 visitors are expected, so phone connections may be disrupted.

- Age notes
- The children's area suits families and younger children with their own adult. The youth area is for 13-25-year-olds and is substance-free. The wider park celebration is a large Pride event open to everyone, with some partner and alcohol-service areas aimed at adults; families should choose the areas and timing that fit their children's age and comfort.
