The day begins with a Baltic Sea carnival procession, and the children's stage at Kansalaistori has music-theatre moments and children's discos. The programme also reaches Oodi, Musiikkitalo and Finlandia Hall, with ways to discover Baltic Sea nature, research, culture and conservation.
