The Cable Museums family day spans the Finnish Museum of Photography, Theatre Museum, and Hotel and Restaurant Museum. Activities include darkroom art, theatre and circus play, food mysteries, making a dream meal and a picture hunt across the museums. The guided tour of all three museums begins at 14:00 and lasts about 45 minutes. Most other activities run continuously.

- An accessible entrance to the Glass Courtyard is on the Kaapeliaukio side. The ramp to the museum lobby is steep, about 8%. There is a lift to the Theatre Museum, but not every stage ramp suits every wheelchair. Ask about routes to the other workshop rooms in advance.
