Only twelve days remain until the big Christmas celebration in Santa's village, and Ville the elf wants to do something special for Santa. He decides to give a new present each day, but his plans do not always unfold as expected. The Christmas world in the small-stage foyer also includes Mrs Claus, reindeer, Rekku the dog, a cat and other elves.

- The entrance has an automatic door and a low threshold ramp. The theatre has accessible service counters and accessible toilets in the entrance lobby and lower foyer. Wheelchair and possible assistant places are reserved through Helsinki City Theatre's ticket office. Sign-language interpretation should be arranged with the theatre before buying tickets.

- The small-stage foyer is Helsinki City Theatre's children's-theatre space. Depending on the production setup, the audience sits on floor cushions or benches, and the auditorium size changes to suit the performance. The cloakroom is free and the doors open one hour before the show.
- Schedule notes
- All eighteen dates are separate performances of the same production. HKT gives a duration of about 35 minutes without an interval, while the ticket shop's event-information block says about 40 minutes. End times are calculated from HKT's 35-minute figure; in practice, allow about 35–40 minutes.
- Booking notes
- Every audience member needs a ticket. The ticket shop currently marks 19 December as not available; this can mean a fully reserved allocation, tickets not yet on sale or online sales having ended. Check current availability for your chosen performance before buying.
- Price notes
- A child ticket for ages 0–16 costs EUR 12 and a standard ticket EUR 18. The ticket seller states that VAT and its service fee are included; separate order, delivery and payment-method fees may apply.
- Age notes
- The theatre recommends the production from age 3, and every audience member needs a ticket regardless of age. No more detailed content or sensory guidance has been published. The upper age fields are an editorial estimate, not an organiser-set limit.
