Invention Week explores how inventions are developed and what new solutions the future may need. From Monday to Friday, the Invention Corner introduces design and prototype-making, while self-guided visitors can build with Lego or Plus-Plus pieces and follow the Invention Trail through the stages of inventing. Saturday has a separate Monster Dough workshop, and Sunday's tour shares stories and facts about inventions in the museum.

The Museum of Technology's historic exhibition spaces are not fully accessible. The main entrance has a ramp, but the doorway has a 7 cm threshold. The old lift has a 68 cm doorway and may stop 1–5 cm off floor level. Exact activity locations are not listed, so confirm the accessible route with the museum in advance if needed.

The Invention Corner runs Monday–Friday from 12:00–14:00; the Invention Trail and building stations are non-stop. Saturday's Monster Dough workshop is at 12:00–14:00 and Sunday's public tour at 13:00–13:45. Exact programme rooms are not published.

The Monday–Friday programme and Sunday's tour are included in museum admission. Saturday's Monster Dough workshop costs a separate EUR 7. Museum admission is EUR 15 for adults, EUR 7 for ages 7–17 and EUR 32 for two adults with up to three children; ages 0–6 enter free. On Thursday, visitors choose their admission price.
Age notes
The programme is presented as an autumn-holiday activity for families, but the organiser gives no exact age recommendation. Ages about 4–12 are an editorial estimate based on the building, prototype and activity-trail content; young children attend with their adult.
