Accessibility
The ferry is not accessible, but the driver can help lift a pram or light wheelchair aboard if needed. The island has both sandy paths and rocky sections: some routes work with a pram, but not all. There is an accessible toilet near the pier. Check the city's accessibility information before visiting if step-free access is important for your family.

Plan your visit

Practical notes
Take the ferry from Ullanlinnanlaituri beside Café Ursula (Ehrenströmintie 3). Raise the white wooden call sign for the driver no later than five minutes before the scheduled departure. Visitors cannot arrive with their own boat or bring dogs. Harakka does not normally have a café, so bring your own snacks and water.
Booking notes
No advance registration or booking is listed for Fish Day.
Price notes
The event is free, but the ferry is paid separately. At present, a Harakka return trip costs EUR 9 for an adult and EUR 6 for a child aged 7–17; a one-way trip costs EUR 6. Cash is not accepted on the ferry, so pay by card or MobilePay. Check the price list before travelling.
Age notes
The event is for the whole family. Children can explore fish species, fishing gear and tastings with their own adult.
