- There are a few steps at the main entrance. A lift is available at Erottajankatu 7 A, and wheelchair or mobility-aid users are asked to contact the theatre in advance so staff can arrange help with entry.

- The performance lasts 50 minutes. Sampo's cafe opens at 9:30 for weekday 10:00 performances and one hour before evening and weekend shows. Strollers are left in the sheltered courtyard.

- Tickets are bought from Puppet Theatre Sampo's website. All seven upcoming performances currently show a Buy now option.
- Price notes
- Weekday-morning tickets cost EUR 9–20 and evening and weekend tickets EUR 15–20 per participant.
