A 4H animal yard operates in the grounds of Glims Farmstead Museum during the summer. At the feeding demonstrations, families can watch the sheep being fed in the morning and hear more about the animals and the Glims museum setting. Visitors watch the feeding from outside the pasture.

Glims is a historic museum site. The area has two accessible parking spaces and an accessible-marked toilet, but routes are uneven, the entrance has steps and thresholds, and some buildings are not step-free. The outdoor animal session may be difficult with strollers or mobility aids.

Visitors are not admitted into the pasture during feeding. The event is outdoors, so dress for the weather and follow the venue's instructions near the animals.
Schedule notes
From Tuesday to Friday, feeding demonstrations are at 11:30-12:00 and 15:15-15:45. On Saturdays and Sundays, the demonstration is at 11:30-12:00. There are no Monday demonstrations.
