The children's island adventure takes families to Harakka Island to explore the Baltic Sea and archipelago nature through imaginative play and adventure. The outing is aimed at children aged 4-10 with an adult. The same summer series includes several Sunday outings, so families can choose a suitable date.

- The Harakka ferry is not accessible, but the driver can help lift a pram or light wheelchair aboard if needed. There is an accessible toilet near the pier, and the larger toilet has a baby-changing table. Part of the sandy route can work with a pram, but rocky sections, steps, the hill to the Nature House and nesting-season route limits can make moving around difficult.

- Practical notes
- The outing starts at Harakka's pier area after the 12:00 ferry has arrived on the island. The ferry leaves from Ullanlinnanlaituri beside Café Ursula, at Ehrenströmintie 3; raise the white wooden call sign on the pier 5 minutes before departure. Harakka does not have a café, so bring water and snacks for before or after the outing. Visitors cannot arrive with their own boat or bring dogs.
- Schedule notes
- The remaining summer 2026 island adventures are on Sundays 14.6, 28.6, 12.7, 26.7, 9.8 and 23.8 from 12:00 to 14:00.
- Booking notes
- No advance registration is used. The event has a maximum capacity of 50 participants, so arrive in good time and make the 12:00 ferry.
- Price notes
- The event is free. The ferry is paid separately: a Harakka return trip costs EUR 9 for adults, EUR 6 for children aged 7-17 and retirees, and is free for children under 7. Card or MobilePay is the preferred payment method.
- Age notes
- The island adventure is for children aged 4-10 with an adult. The adult joins the outing with the child throughout the event.
