At the Children's Comics Festival, children meet comics creators and make their own work. The main stage includes interviews with creators such as the team behind Tatu and Patu, a panel on children's favourite comics, music by Äxyt Zeeprat and a closing short-film screening. Stoa's library, workshop rooms and square host manga activities, drawing and comics workshops, badge making, pavement chalk drawing and other hands-on programme. A quiet room offers a calmer place to take a break.

- Stoa has level accessible routes indoors and outdoors and accessible entrances. An accessible toilet and baby-care room are by the adult-education centre door; ask a caretaker to open it. Two spaces in the car park are marked accessible. The exact furniture and stroller storage for the festival's temporary workshops are not confirmed.

- Programme runs simultaneously on the main stage, library stage, in the library, in two workshop rooms and on Stoa Square. Not every activity runs all day, so check the programme page for the time of the workshop or performance you want. Stoa's weekday lunch restaurant and café is open from 11:00–15:00.

- Booking notes
- Groups are advised to reserve places for main-stage programme through Kultus and for library or workshop programme from the organiser. The event also has workshops open to everyone for spontaneous participation. Capacity and remaining places for individual activities are not published.

- Admission to the event and its programme is free.
- Age notes
- The event is designed for children. The organiser's activity pack groups content for grades 1–9, but the festival publishes no formal age limit. Ages about 7–15 are an editorial recommendation based on the comics workshops, interviews and reading-based programme.
