Aurora's World Mental Health Day workshop makes feelings visible through colours, shapes and materials. Participants design a fabric patch or costume accessory from recycled textiles and yarn to attach to clothing, a backpack or a bag. The work can begin with a colour that brings joy, a comforting material or a calming shape. Marja Koskela designed and leads the workshop.
