Reading dog Warma listens to children practising reading aloud at Lumo Library. Warma is a patient listener, so children do not need to feel nervous about reading. A child can bring a book or choose something to read from the library's books. One reader reads at a time, and the reading dog session is for calm reading rather than play.

- Book a reading slot of up to 15 minutes from Lumo Library's information desk or by phone at 043 825 1305. The session is in the story room, and the reading dog's handler is present. Ask the owner before the child pets the reading dog.
- Schedule notes
- Children can read to summer reading dog Warma on two Thursdays. Each individual reading slot lasts up to 15 minutes.
- Age notes
- The reading session is recommended for children aged 5 and up. Children under school age need an adult with them.
