- Monio's main entrances are step-free, with a lift between floors. Kartano Hall's wheelchair places are on the floor level, and the hall has a hearing loop. Accessible parking spaces are about 50 metres from the entrance. An assistant enters free with a wheelchair-place ticket holder, but the assistant ticket must be arranged in advance together with the wheelchair place. Anyone who needs an assistant may use a wheelchair place.

- Doors open at 13:30. There is no interval. Please arrive without fragrance; studded shoes are not allowed inside Monio.
- Booking notes
- Advance tickets are sold through Lippu.fi, TuusInfo service points and the Halosenniemi and Erkkola museum shops. Door tickets are sold only if places remain, with card payment only. The advance arrangement for an assistant ticket is explained in the accessibility notes.
- Price notes
- A seat ticket costs €16. A €55 family ticket covers 2 adults and 2 children. Lippu.fi adds a fee of €1.50 + 0.65% of the order value per whole order, plus any delivery and payment-method fees. A limited number of places are available through Kaikukortti.
- Age notes
- The concert is suitable for all ages, including the youngest children. Under-15s must attend with a guardian.
