Espoon Tapiot runs guided movement activities at Matinkylä residents' park on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The morning starts with family movement for smaller children with their own adult, continues with a session for slightly older children, and ends with open movement challenges and activity courses.

- The event is outdoors in a residents' park. Matinkylä residents' park has a large partly fenced yard, a fenced area for small children, toilets, a childcare room with a changing table, an accessible toilet, a possibility to warm snacks and space for strollers in front of the building.

- Participation is free. An adult remains responsible for supervising the child during the activity. Changes are possible, so check the time before going.

- Tuesdays 7.7., 14.7., 21.7. and 28.7., and Thursdays 2.7., 9.7., 16.7., 23.7. and 30.7. at 9.30-11.30. The programme is split into family movement at 9.30-10, a session for older children at 10-11, and open challenges at 11-11.30.

- Free entry. No advance registration is listed.
- Age notes
- There is no age limit. The first part suits the youngest children with an adult, and the 10-11 part is for children who can participate without a guardian.
