Opening week offers a look around Pornainen's new sports hall and introductions to local clubs. The programme includes ball games, a whole-family floorball evening and a youth opening with Rapfaija, K-pop dancing and pop-up stands. On Saturday, families can exercise together, try children's floorball, karate and pickleball, and listen to performances by music school pupils.

- A small snack is offered from 16:00 at Friday's youth event. Coffee and juice are served at Saturday's opening celebration.
- Schedule notes
- On Saturday, family exercise runs 09:00–12:00 and children's floorball trials 10:00–12:00. Music school pupils perform at 10:00. Group exercise trials start at 10:30, 11:00 and 11:30; karate runs 13:00–15:00 and pickleball 13:00–14:00. Friday's floorball match between young people and municipal staff starts at 15:15.

- Tuesday 24 November's ball games are for pupils in grades 6–9. Wednesday 25 November's floorball evening is for the whole family. Thursday 26 November's basketball is for young people and young adults, Friday 27 November's opening is for young people, and Saturday 28 November's celebration is for all ages.
