Pihlajamäki Village Festival spreads across Playground Maasälpä and other locations around the neighbourhood. At the children’s park, families can follow a picture-orienteering trail, make a crown, try football skills and meet a clown making balloon animals. Pukinmäki Circus School also gives an acrobatics performance in the park. The youth centre hosts a whole-family disco, followed later by K-pop dancing and youth bands. The day also includes music, a food market, market stalls, a flea market and local venues open to visitors.

- According to the City of Helsinki, the route to the playground gate is smooth, sufficiently wide and illuminated, and the drop-off point is less than five metres from the gate. Activities in the playground building are on the entrance floor. Routes, toilets and accessibility across the full multi-location festival have not been described, and there are no accessible parking spaces near the playground.

- The programme is spread across several Pihlajamäki locations. The clearest starting point for families is Playground Maasälpä at Maasälväntie 3A. The whole-family disco and later K-pop and youth-band programme are at Pihlajamäki youth centre, Moreenitie 2. No general rain plan has been published for the outdoor programme; the pump-track competition is weather-dependent.
- Schedule notes
- The festival programme begins with an architecture walk at 10:00 and ends with the pump-track competition at 18:00. The children’s park runs from 11:00–14:00, the circus performance is at 11:00, and the whole-family disco is from 13:30–14:30. K-pop and youth bands run from 15:00–18:00, and the pump-track competition from 16:00–18:00.
- Booking notes
- General visitors do not need advance registration. Pump-track competitors can register on site from 15:30 or in advance through the form on the event page.
- Price notes
- All festival programme has free admission. Bring money if you want to buy food or market and flea-market finds.
- Age notes
- The organiser gives no age limit. The children’s park crafts, picture orienteering, football and circus are especially suitable for preschool and primary-school ages. The whole-family disco welcomes families of all kinds, while the afternoon K-pop, band and pump-track programme may also appeal to older children and teenagers.
