- Veikkaus Arena has step-free entry through the main doors when arriving from the east and via entrance 1 from the west. Accessible toilets are available on every level, and wheelchair spaces are reserved through Ticketmaster's accessible-tickets service. An assistant may enter with the assisted visitor on the same ticket, and disabled parking spaces are in front of the main entrance.

- Doors open at 10:00. The concert starts at 11:00 and ends at 11:55; the full morning event area closes at 13:00. Seating is arranged on the floor and in the lower bowl. The event is broadcast live and recorded by Yle, so audience members may be filmed. Camera equipment may restrict the view from some seats.

- Yle's newer customer notice confirms the concert time as 11:00–11:55. Ticketmaster's May announcement gives an 11:45 end time, so check for last-minute changes before setting out.
- Booking notes
- Buy tickets through Ticketmaster Finland. Availability changes, so check current ticket availability and the seat map directly in Ticketmaster. Accessible tickets and wheelchair spaces are reserved through Ticketmaster's accessible-tickets service.
- Price notes
- Tickets cost EUR 8.90. Ticketmaster's displayed price includes a EUR 4.50 service fee, and a EUR 2.00 handling fee is added per order. A child under 2 on an adult's lap is free.
- Age notes
- The concert is for the whole family. Children under 2 enter free on an adult's lap without their own seat. The show is in Finnish and Swedish.
