At these Christmas workshops at the Hotel and Restaurant Museum, visitors decorate their own dream gingerbread. The museum supplies the gingerbread and decorating materials, and families may join at their own pace during each workshop window. The workshops are produced with Dr. Oetker Finland.

- Cable Factory's step-free entrance is from the Glass Courtyard, lifts serve the museum floors and an accessible toilet is in the shared lobby. The workshop table layout, stroller parking and baby-changing provision have not been confirmed.

- This is a drop-in workshop: arrive during museum and workshop hours. Gingerbread and decorating materials are supplied, but ingredients, allergens and supply limits are not published. The Wednesday free-evening workshop is free for everyone.

- No advance registration is needed; join at your own pace.
- Price notes
- Under-18s enter free. Adults pay EUR 16/6/0 or use a Museum Card. The workshop on 25.11.2026 is free for everyone during Free Evening.
- Age notes
- The organiser gives no age limit. Museum admission is free for under-18s; ages about 4–12 are an editorial recommendation for the hands-on task, and young children need adult help.
