- The museum entrance is on the park side. Leave outdoor strollers outside the museum; indoor strollers and wheel covers for young babies' prams can be borrowed. Remove or cover shoes.

- The listed Thursday sessions run 14:00–16:00 and can each be visited independently. Special events may replace the usual workshop; check the museum programme before visiting. Finnish is the listed programme language; guidance in English or Swedish is unconfirmed.

- The workshop is included in museum admission: adults €15, concessions €7, ages 2–17 €5 and under-2s free. Museum Card and Kaikukortti are accepted.

- For all ages. Small Plus-Plus pieces are for ages 5 and up. Preschool children need a companion aged at least 15. Schoolchildren under 12 visiting alone leave an adult's contact details at the desk.
