- Rillitori is about a five-minute walk from Tikkurila station. Event-specific details about accessible routes, toilets and the Crime Museum's indoor route have not been published. There is no visitor parking at the NBI site, and nearby spaces are limited.

- Free timed tickets for the Crime Museum are handed out at the information tent outside the NBI building at 09:30 and on the hour from 11:00–14:00. Ticket holders must be at the main doors 15 minutes before their tour for a security check. Umbrellas and liquids are not allowed inside, there is no storage, and photography is prohibited.
- Schedule notes
- The outdoor event runs from 10:00–15:00. The Crime Museum opens at 10:00, and the final tour starts at 14:30.
- Booking notes
- The outdoor event does not require booking. Crime Museum times cannot be reserved in advance; limited timed tickets are distributed at the information tent on the event day.
