Waterfront Walkway Day invites families to move, explore and spend time by the sea around Matinkylä beach and Haukilahti marina. During the day you can visit free activity points, collect stamps for an ice cream coupon and join seaside culture and sports activities. In Matinkylä, the programme also includes pier dancing on Cafe Merenneito's terrace from 11:00 to 11:45.

- Activity points open in Matinkylä and Haukilahti at 10:00 and close at 13:30. Pier dancing takes place on Cafe Merenneito's terrace from 11:00 to 11:45. A free archipelago boat runs to Iso Vasikkasaari during the event, where related Rantaraitti Day programme begins at 14:00.
