Each participant makes a Backpack Friend that can travel along as a source of strength, a friend and a carrier of an important reminder. The idea comes from Rosali in the Invisible Backpack books and her Pig friend, who helps put feelings into words. The workshop is led by author-illustrator Maria Vilja and emotional-skills instructor Reetta Huhta.

- Age notes
