- The Pentala museum area is only partly accessible. The island can be reached from the archipelago boat using a movable ramp, but the museum area has sand paths, a gentle uphill route, high thresholds, and stairs. The animal moment is outdoors, so weather and ground conditions can affect movement.

- Feeding runs Tuesday to Friday at 11:00-11:30 and on weekends at 10:30-11:00. There is no Pentala museum boat service or feeding session on Mondays.

- The feeding moment is free to attend. The archipelago boat and cafe may cost separately.

- Suitable for children of all ages who are interested in animals. Young children need their own adult near the sheep and when moving around the museum area.
