- Accessibility
- The accessibility details say the route to the main entrance is signposted, level, wide and lit, but includes a steep hill. The entrance has at least four steps, a long ramp, thresholds and a heavy door. Check the route in advance if step-free access or moving with a stroller is important.
Plan your visit
- Practical notes
- The programme runs in different parts of the museum area from 10:30 to 17:00. The event takes place in the archipelago museum's outdoor and indoor spaces, so dress for the weather and prepare to move around the museum area.
- Schedule notes
- The day's programme includes feeding the archipelago sheep at 10:30, a flower-crown workshop from 11:00 to 14:00, music moments at 11:00 and 13:30, guided tours during the day, a pasture visit at 15:30 and a self-guided Midsummer magic route throughout the day. Programme changes are possible.
- Age notes
- The event has no age limit and is aimed at the whole family. The workshop, music, sheep and self-guided route suit children broadly; Finnish-language guided tours are easiest for children who can follow a short tour.
