- Accessibility
- Stoa's accessibility information lists even indoor and outdoor routes, accessible entrances, an accessible toilet and child-care room, and a lift from the lobby to the loft-gallery level. The event is spread across the square and several indoor spaces, so crowds, music volume and the exact workshop locations may affect movement with prams or mobility aids.

- Practical notes
- The programme is spread across Stoa Square, the music hall, theatre hall, loft gallery, lobby and workshop points. Some workshops are drop-in style, but materials are limited: for example, fabric bags are available only for the first participants. Bring your own denim item if you want to customise denim clothing.
- Schedule notes
- The programme starts on Saturday 13.6.2026 at 12.00. Named schedule points include Style Wars at 12.15, Next Step showcases at 12.30, Will Funk for Food at 13.30, The FUNK YARD at 14.00, HOT GIRL CLUB DJ's at 14.15, Pass-The-Aux around 14.30 and Toistuvat Yllätykset around 15.30. No overall end time has been published; some workshops run until 15.00.
- Booking notes
- Entry is free, and no audience registration is listed. The Pass-The-Aux demo session has a separate optional sign-up or drop-in option, but that only concerns that music-maker segment.
- Age notes
- The event is aimed at young people, young adults and anyone interested in hip hop and street culture. From a PikkuRetki perspective, it is the best fit for older children and teenagers. Loud music, open mic, demo listening and crowds may be intense for younger children.
