Accessibility
The organiser says an assistant can enter free of charge with the assisted visitor, there is a viewing platform near the stage, and accessibility questions can be sent to info@loudnlive.fi. Helsinki Ice Hall accessibility information mentions accessible parking near the main entrance and mostly accessible routes, but weather, crowding, site layout and sound volume at the outdoor event may affect movement with a pram or mobility aid. The event page did not confirm exact accessible toilet, baby-care or stroller-storage details.

Practical notes
The event takes place in the outdoor areas of Helsinki Ice Hall on Nordenskiöldinkatu. The organiser recommends arriving by public transport, taxi, walking or bike because parking around the venue is limited. Bags and security checks are carried out at the gates. The area has food, drink and merchandise sales, a water point for refilling a small empty transparent plastic bottle, and a first-aid point. The festival area is filmed and photographed for organiser and partner marketing.
Schedule notes
Sunday 12.7.2026 at 10:30-22:30. Programme: Ryhmä Hau 11:00, HUGO 12:30, Etta 14:15, Robin Packalen 16:00, Mirella 17:45, Averagekidluke 19:15 and Käärijä 21:00. The organiser may change the schedule.
Booking notes
A ticket is required, and the official ticketing partner is Tiketti. All tickets must be exchanged for wristbands before entering the area. Helsinki wristband exchange is at the ticket window in the Ice Hall front yard: 9.7. at 11:00-18:00, 10.7. at 11:30-22:00, 11.7. at 11:30-22:00 and 12.7. at 9:30-21:00.
Price notes
Adult ticket 60.90 EUR, child ticket 49.90 EUR for ages 7-17, and family ticket 169.90 EUR. The family ticket is for four people: 2 adults and 2 children or 1 adult and 3 children. Children under 7 enter free with a ticketed guardian. Check Tiketti for current prices, fees and availability.
Age notes
The event is open to all ages. Children under 13 may enter only with a ticketed adult guardian, and children under 7 enter free with a ticketed guardian when age can be proven at wristband exchange. The early Ryhmä Hau slot may also suit younger fans, but the long outdoor festival, crowding and sound level make the full day most practical for school-age children, tweens and teenagers.
