- The organiser says the main entrance and museum interior are accessible. An accessible toilet with a changing table is to the right after entering. Accessible parking spaces are on the museum's west side.

- The entrance is on the stadium tower side, above Tornipiha. During the holiday weeks, families may eat their own snacks and take a break in the Sylvi Saimo hall; food is normally not allowed elsewhere in the museum.
- Schedule notes
- The holiday programme covers weeks 42–43, 12.–25.10.2026. The museum is open Mon, Tue and Fri 10:00–18:00, Wed and Thu 10:00–19:00, Sat and Sun 10:00–17:00; on 13.10. it stays open 10:00–20:00. Introductions: 14.10. and 21.10. at 15:00 (10 minutes), 16.10. and 23.10. at 15:00 (15 minutes). The free Helmarit match viewing is 13.10., 18:00–20:00.
- Booking notes
- Museum tickets are sold at the desk and online. The organiser does not state a separate booking for the short family-suitable introductions; group visits require advance booking.
- Price notes
- Museum admission is €17 for adults and €7 for ages 7–17; ages 0–6 enter free. On Tuesday 13.10., exhibition tickets are half price from 17:00–20:00. The Helmarit match viewing that evening is free without a museum ticket.
