Handprints, footprints and stamps become animals and insects on a cloth bag. After a shared introduction and brief instructions, children and adults explore fabric markers and printing paints together. Allow about 45 minutes for printing within the hour-long visit window. Bags are dried with a hairdryer, and families receive instructions for setting the designs with an iron at home. The activity does not require a shared language.
