The dance and nature workshop gives a child and their own adult an unhurried moment to move, play and spend time together. The workshop uses dance-related tasks, imagination play, stories and games, and also explores nearby forests in Vuosaari. No previous dance experience is needed. The workshop is part of the University of Helsinki's Art of Knowing project, and taking part in the research is optional.
