Pyykkitupa's hall becomes an elf workshop where families can make Christmas decorations, play with a train set or write a letter to Santa. The play room is a quieter Christmas forest where children can care for soft toys, go fishing and make crafts. When attendance is moderate, families can also solve the escape-game puzzles independently.

- The main entrance has steps and a ramp under six metres long. There is an accessible toilet on the entrance floor that also serves as a baby-care room, and one accessible parking space is beside Pyykkitupa. Decorations and attendance may affect movement through the experience spaces. Visitors can avoid the background music by moving to the quieter Christmas forest. Reasonable adaptations can be arranged in advance at pyykkitupa@vantaa.fi.

- The experience is self-guided, but staff are present. Background music plays in the elf workshop, while the Christmas forest is the quieter space. Objects that must not be moved or touched are marked with “do not touch” picture symbols. Strollers are left outdoors without a shelter, and rain covers can be borrowed.
- Schedule notes
- The experience space is open on 2026-11-18, 2026-11-25 and 2026-12-02 from 12:00 to 16:30.
- Booking notes
- No advance registration is needed. Trying the escape-game puzzles independently depends on attendance being moderate.
- Price notes
- The experience space and any self-guided escape-game puzzles available during these hours are free. The separately bookable weekend escape game is not part of this event.
- Age notes
- The experience is especially suitable for ages 2–6 with their own adult. This is a recommendation rather than a strict age limit.
