- There are a few steps at the main entrance. A lift is available at Erottajankatu 7 A, and wheelchair or mobility-aid users are asked to contact the theatre in advance so staff can arrange help with entry.

- The performance lasts 30 minutes. Sampo's cafe opens at 9:30 for weekday 10:00 performances and one hour before evening and weekend shows. Strollers are left in the sheltered courtyard.

- Price notes
- Weekday-morning tickets cost EUR 9–20 and evening and weekend tickets EUR 15–20. The price is the same for everyone. A child under age 1 also needs a ticket unless the group includes older children.
