Carnival of Light brings evening illumination to Linnanmäki and a light-art work on the Vuoristorata roller coaster by Max Lapinsuo-Sylwén. Families can explore the lit park and use rides included in their chosen ticket. Each evening, the Estradi stage hosts one artist: Antti Autio, Vesta, Ilta, Ege Zulu, Jaakko Kulta, Asla Jo, Kiki, Jonna Tervomaa or Good Boys, depending on the date.

- Linnanmäki says every part of the park can be reached with a wheelchair, stroller or pram by using alternative routes. Estradi performances can be accessed step-free, but the audience area has no reserved wheelchair spaces. Ride accessibility varies, and no Carnival of Light-specific accessibility arrangements have been published.

- The programme is spread across the amusement-park area, and the Estradi concert starts at 19.00 each evening. Almost all rides are open, but 13 children's rides close at 19.00; Hurjakuru and Muksupuksu stay closed throughout the event. Check Linnanmäki's page for that day's opening hours, ticket availability and any programme changes before going.
- Schedule notes
- This family event does not include the adults-only Carnival of Light kickoff. The daily park hours are in the event occurrences.
- Booking notes
- No date-specific reservation is required. Every visitor over 3 must have an admission ticket or an Isohupi or Pikkuhupi wristband; check availability in the online shop before going.
- Price notes
- Children under 3 enter free. For visitors over 3, the EUR 25 admission ticket includes park entry and five rides for the youngest visitors. A Pikkuhupi wristband costs EUR 43 and an Isohupi wristband EUR 53; both include admission.
- Age notes
- Linnanmäki says Carnival of Light is open to all ages after the adults-only kickoff evening. No separate children's programme or age guidance for the concerts has been published.
