The Conscript Band of the Finnish Defence Forces brings traditional guard parades to central Helsinki. The parade starts from Senate Square at 12.20, goes via Market Square to the Helsinki Main Guard, and returns along Pohjois-Esplanadi to Senate Square. On July 3, the parade is followed by the band's Showband at Espa Stage; on July 10, it is followed by the band's Concert Band. The August 21 source confirms the parade, but not a separate MIL-Espa concert. The event works best for families interested in city parades, marching music and outdoor concerts.

- The parades move from Senate Square via Market Square, the Helsinki Main Guard and Pohjois-Esplanadi back to Senate Square. On the two July dates, families can continue to Espa Stage at 14.00, or watch only the parade or only the concert. This is an outdoor city-centre event, so expect crowds, loud live instruments, street traffic, possible route changes and weather exposure. No weather plan or rain-related changes have been stated.

- The Conscript Band guard parades start from Senate Square on 3.7., 10.7. and 21.8.2026 at 12.20. After the July 3 parade, the band's Showband performs at Espa Stage at 14.00; after the July 10 parade, the band's Concert Band performs at Espa Stage at 14.00. The August 21 programme lists the parade without a separate MIL-Espa concert. End times have not been announced; for the July visits, allow time until about 15.00, and for the August parade until about 13.30.

- Age notes
- This is a public event for everyone, not a programme designed for children. The visual parade and live band may interest school-age children and teenagers, but the crowd, marching music and long outdoor standing time may be demanding for toddlers or sound-sensitive children.
